What to expect
60 minute muscle tone/high calorie burn workout
This is going to be a circuit style of training led by a qualified trainer. You will be taught proper form on all your exercises for the given workout.
We will start with a 5-10 minute active warm up. The warm up will be a style of body weight exercise(s). We will then move into a 30 minute circuit based on strength training. We will do 4-6 different exercises during a given class. Exercises will be adjusted based on your skill level along with weight. The trainer will make recommendations to you for your weights. We will finish with a cool down and some light stretching for another 5-10 minutes.
Classes will be limited to 6 people to ensure you can be properly coached.
Cost will be $20 per person/per class
