Once you purchase the 12 week program we will reach out to you via the contact information you provide (cell phone or email) We will ask you to fill out a form asking basic information such as your height, weight, goals, and experience. We will then make you a customized 12 week plan to meet those goals.

The 12 weak guide to success program is exactly that, a guide to success. You will be getting 12 full weeks of workouts written out with sets and reps based on your goals. A guide on how to build your diet by finding out how many calories you need to meet your goals. We also include multiple options for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks and Smoothies. You'll get tips and tricks on how to optimize your recovery, what supplements are good, what to avoid and much more!
